3. Automated Fulfillment
Upon a successful transaction, items are automatically credited to your website-linked account.
Delivery: To complete the fulfillment process, the user must join the designated Roblox game. Our system will automatically detect the pending items and withdraw them into the user's in-game inventory.
An in-game notification will serve as a digital receipt of successful delivery.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure they are logged into the correct account before purchasing.
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect account provided by the user.
5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent chargebacks.
Because our delivery is instant and logged via our backend API, any attempt to reverse a payment without first contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the associated in-game account and a forfeit of all virtual assets.
