Refund & Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: January 21, 2026

1. Finality of Sale

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instantaneous, automated delivery system, all sales are final. Once a transaction is initiated and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed. This applies to all payment methods, including Credit/Debit cards processed via Whop and all supported Cryptocurrencies.

2. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Payments made via Cryptocurrency are unique due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain technology.

  • No Reversals: We cannot "refund" or "reverse" a crypto payment once it has been broadcast to the network.
  • Network Fees: Any issues resulting from insufficient gas fees or sending funds to the wrong wallet address are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Confirmation Times: In-game fulfillment will trigger automatically only after the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations.

3. Fulfillment Verification

Our fulfillment process is 100% automated via a custom API bridge between tsstore.leokhol.com and our Roblox game servers.

  • Proof of Delivery: We log the exact Transaction ID, the Roblox User ID, and the Server Timestamp the moment an item is withdrawn in-game.
  • Status Logs: Our backend maintains a record of the "Pending" vs. "Withdrawn" status for every item. These logs serve as definitive legal proof of fulfillment.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We take "Friendly Fraud" seriously.

Since fulfillment is automated and logged, any attempt to open a dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team will be viewed as a breach of these terms.

Consequences: Any user who initiates a chargeback will have their associated Roblox in-game account permanently blacklisted.

5. Technical Support

If an item does not appear in your "Pending" inventory after a successful payment:

  • Verify the transaction status on the blockchain (for Crypto) or check your Whop receipt (for Card).
  • Contact our support via Discord or email at mail@leokhol.com with your Transaction ID.
  • We will manually audit the logs and correct any API delivery errors within 24 hours.
